PACT, Inc. Talent Search is a FREE federally funded college readiness and tutoring program. Programming includes college and career readiness (high school), tutoring sessions (middle school), college campus tours, enrichment activities, and more.
Vallejo Upward Bound
PACT, Inc. Upward Bound program is a FREE federally funded college readiness and tutoring program for up to 60 students. The Vallejo program was launched in 2017. Programming includes tutoring sessions, college and career advising, financial aid guidance, field trips and college campus tours, enrichment activities, and more.
Vacaville Upward Bound
