Louis H. Barnett, is a past
President of PACT and a co-founder of Arpact, Inc., a small
business development program. He was founder
and Board Chairmen of First Enterprise Bank and he was
affiliated with Fulcrum Savings and Loan Association.
He has served on numerous boards and commissions by
appointment of the Mayors of Oakland and Berkeley.

Everett Brandon, JD, is a
Project Manager Consultant for Program development for the San
Francisco Public Utilities Commission. He
currently serves on the Marin City community Development
Corporation and the Marin City Land Corporation.
A past Chairmen of the SF Mental Health Board, he was
also a Board member of SPUR. He was the
first President of PACT and was also the Director of the San
Francisco Economic Opportunity Council.

Kim Brandon is a native San Franciscan
who has dedicated a career to social justice and economic empowerment. She is the first African-American
Woman to serve on the San Francisco Port
Commission. The Port Commission overseas seven and one
half miles of the most expensive real estate in the world that
includes maritime, commercial and retail developments. Amongst
its tenants are AT&T Park, the Ferry Building and Fisherman’s Wharf. Kimberly was
appointed by Mayor Willie L. Brown, Jr. in August 1997.
Kimberly is a graduate of San Francisco State University. She has completed Cannon
Financials Certified Wealth Strategist Mastery Program and holds
the national Association of Securities Dealers Series 7 and
66 licenses.
Ms. Brandon is very active in the San Francisco community with involvement in civic and
political causes. She spends numerous hours serving the
community on various non profit boards and is currently active
as a board trustee of the Museum of African Diaspora,
PACT, Inc and The Young Scholars Program.

Linda Barton White is Acting
Assistant Director of the Policy and Program Division of the
California Postsecondary Education Commission.
She is affiliated with the American Association for
Higher Education (AAHE), the California Academic Partnership
Program, and the Title II Professional development National
Steering Committee. A past Vice President of
PACT, she gives the board the perspective of a state level
educational policy analyst and a past employee.
