a college counseling clearinghouse to increase access to higher
education for youth who will be the first generation in their
families to attain a college degree.

PACT operates
a tutorial program that targets low-income middle school
students for the improvement of academic skills and performance,
as well as participation in educational and culturally enriching
programs.

PACT also operates
a Trio Dissemination Project which creates the capacity for other
community agencies to successfully replicate the services provided
by PACT.

PACT operates a scholarship program to assist low-income students.

analysis and processes for applying for financial aid.

assistance to professionals including high school counselors and
administrators as well as college outreach professionals
involved in the delivery of services in college admissions and
financial aid.

A provider of training for other
youth-serving community agencies who wish to add a college
counseling component.

A provider of
college and financial
aid information to the community-at-large on opportunities in higher
education.
